Jade Mountain is the tallest mountain in Taiwan. Decades ago, a tiny woman, barely scraping five feet, walked right up to the tallest men on the tallest mountain and insisted on proving that a woman could make tea just as well as a man. They dismissed her, until they tasted her tea. Today, Grandma Ai, as we lovingly call her, runs her beautiful tea company through her daughters and granddaughters as she directs a team of tea processors like a conductor does a symphony.
